1. Acceptance

By using the Zuppr Driver app, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

2. Driver Eligibility

• You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• You must provide proof of vehicle insurance and registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in safe condition

3. Delivery Responsibilities

• Accept and complete assigned deliveries on time
• Handle food with care and maintain professional conduct
• Follow local traffic and parking laws

4. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are based on completed deliveries. Payouts are processed via Stripe or another secure payment platform on a weekly or daily basis (as selected).

5. Account Suspension

Your account may be paused or terminated if you breach any terms, commit fraud, or receive consistent negative ratings.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
